Are you interested in exploring your creative side, pushing your studio practice as an artist, learning new skills, and building a supportive artistic community? This fall the Ogden Museum of Southern Art is offering weekly studio time for adults. So often we lack the time and space to enter into a flow state with our work, the Adult Art StudiO is designed to create this space for you. Facilitated by art and meditation instructor Mikhayla Harrell, this course allows participants to work on ongoing projects and have mindful exhibition-based prompts to push your artistic development and participate in an authentic artistic community. The nine weeks will culminate in an open exhibition of completed works in the Circle gallery at the Museum.

General art supplies will be provided, participants are encouraged to supplement with their own specific supplies. Participants receive a 10% student discount on art supplies at 

MO’s Art Supply on Bienville.

Minimum of 6 students.
