Observe, discuss and create abstract paintings this winter at the Ogden Museum! Join Museum Educator Mikhayla Harrell for a playful, four-week Adult Art Class inspired by works from The Ogden Museum's permanent collection and more. Learn mindfulness techniques to assist with stress reduction and creative flow. Develop an awareness of the history and practices of abstract painting employing mediums such as watercolor, gouache, and acrylic. All supplies provided, just bring your curiosity and a thirst for enhancing your artistic skills!
IMPORTANT EVENT GUIDELINES
Anyone 5 years of age and older must provide proof of at least two doses of an approved COVID vaccine or a negative PCR test within 72 hours to access. We will accept original vaccine cards, the LA Wallet app or high-resolution photos of both sides of your vaccine card as proof of vaccination. Physical copies or a photo of a negative PCR test will also be accepted. Masks are required.
