Adult Photography Studio: Session 1

Discover a new way of seeing and explore digital photography this fall at Ogden Museum. Join teaching artist, Leah Floyd, for a fun five-week Adult Photography Class that not only teaches the basic elements of photography (such as composition, exposure and the functions of the camera), but also challenges you to create meaningful and thought-provoking work. The course will cover topics such as the still life, portraiture, collage and creating a series based on a chosen theme. You will learn about past and contemporary photographers and receive feedback on your images during class discussions and individual pointers from the instructor. Join us as we use photography as a tool to better observe and understand our world! (Bring your digital camera/phone camera- cameras not provided)
