Ogden Museum Virtual Photography Camp 2021

Session 2: June 21-25

10am - 3pm

For campers entering grades 6 – 12

$225 Members per session/$250 Non-members per session

 

Aspiring photographers of all levels are invited to join portrait photographer Aubrey Edwards for a hands-on program designed to develop the skills needed to capture awe-inspiring images. Small groups ensure that all campers will get lots of attention and individual instruction. Campers will leave with a portfolio of edited work and celebrated in an exhibition on the Ogden Museum's website. Photography campers may use any type of digital camera (including phone cameras). Before camp begins, Ms. Aubrey will contact each camper regarding individual equipment needs.

 

Session 2: June 21-25

Campers will explore aspects of photography such as photojournalism, Photoshop and manual camera functions. Attending Session I or having a background in photography is recommended for this camp.

 

Camp will take place on Google Meet. Before camp begins, families will be emailed a link to the class website and a link to the Google Meet live classroom.

 

During Virtual Photography Camp, students will:

·       Explore photographic techniques.

·       Engage in the creative process.

·       Participate in unique, creative and fun activities.

·       Interact with their peers and make new friends.

·       Independently complete projects
